My philosophy includes 3 core ingredients to become successful in
childcare and in the future.
“Treat others the way you would like to be treated”
Being Respectful, by showing respect and receiving it, this will help build positive relationships between children and adults. This gives children the confidence to show that they can learn through example and apply it to their lives.
Being Inclusive, by being a play partner, from a very early age children will experience the positive effects of playing with others and including others in their play.
Being Responsible, by teaching the children through example, they will appreciate that even adults must be responsible and it gives children the tools to take care of themselves, and the world around them.
